I had surgery 7 years ago using my nasal septum and ear cartilage, but because of cartilage show-through at the nasal tip and the feeling that my nose has gotten longer and is drooping downward, I want to remove it. I booked appointments at ㅅㅅㅇ and ㅍㄹㅁ. What do you thinkㅜㅜ Should I also go to ㄱㅇㅅ, ㅅㅇ, or ㅊㅁㅠㅠ Is there anyone here who has had removal or only nasal-tip removal? Save meㅠㅠ Please replyㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
