During my first surgery, they harvested septal cartilage, put it in the nasal tip, and used silicone to correct my bulbous nose. But maybe because the septum weakened, it feels like the silicone placed in the nasal bridge has dug inward… My saddle nose has become so severe that I think I need revision surgery. Does anyone know a doctor who is good at revision surgery for saddle nose? It’s urgentㅠㅠ
