Today I went to Bㅇㅇ and Chaㅁ for consultations about silicone removal, and I decided to leave the cartilage in the nasal tip and remove only the silicone. But both said almost the same thing, and I am worried about the step-off. Bㅇㅇ said to take a little ear cartilage and fill the step-off, and suggested using a little ear cartilage rather than dermis. ㅊㅁ recommended AlloDerm artificial dermis. They said if I really wanted, autologous dermis could be used too, but they recommend AlloDerm. This place says dermis is better than cartilage. Which of the two would be better? I am kind of drawn to using a little cartilage, but is it not bad?
