It's been about 11 months since my rhinoplasty, and the nasal tip was operated on with donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. The nasal tip area is protruding like that, but only the left side is like that and the right side is fine. It also looks like a pimple. Could the nasal tip have drooped?
