I trusted the clinic when they said septal cartilage would be enough and got rhinoplasty, but my columella is crooked. It honestly didn’t make sense from the start.. Putting in 6 mm silicone and using septal cartilage without rib cartilage.. Honestly, I don’t even know how much septal cartilage is left inside my nose now (I heard they shouldn’t harvest too much) Anyway.. I sincerely regret those foolish days when I thought it would be fine as long as my nose was made high.. Has anyone had revision rhinoplasty at ㅂㄴㄴ, ㅅㄱ, or ㅇㅇㄹㅁ? Even better if you’re a man. I’m curious what the shape is like

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
