I’m considering nose surgery using costal cartilage particles. If I’m not satisfied after surgery or if side effects occur, would it be possible to remove the costal cartilage particles that were put in? Also, if cartilage particles or costal cartilage particles are removed, would that put strain on the nose? I don’t know what this process would be like.
