I had it removed earlier, and my friend came to pick me up, so we ate together, and I just got home. I had everything removed: septal extension, septal cartilage, donated rib cartilage, ear cartilage, shield graft, cap graft, and 35 mm silicone. But the doctor said too much tissue had been removed from the nasal tip, so if they closed the nose as is, it might become indented like a butt nose. So they reused an extremely tiny piece of ear cartilage, really about 1/5 or 1/6 of a pinky nailㅜㅜ seriously super small, only to fill the empty area, and removed everything else. There’s nothing left for shape…
