If you have rhinoplasty without implants and it goes wrong, do they remove again the implant-free material that was put inside the nose? I’m asking because I don’t really know, but since it’s implant-free, doesn’t that mean there isn’t a separate implant that can be removed? So what happens if implant-free rhinoplasty goes wrong?
