Nose Re-Surgery

Looking into revision rhinoplasty

I had also been told that I didn't have much septal cartilage... I was also told that because it was weak, if they used it, it could droop.. But at the time, I didn't have the money to pay for costal cartilage, so I just pushed ahead with septal cartilage. After exactly 3 years passed, I started feeling it droop little by little, and now the line I had right after my first surgery isn't visible at all Revision surgery is expensive, and the first surgery was really hard too, so I hadn't even thought about it, but I think I get hit with reality more when I look at old photos than when I look at photos I take now.. Making the decision is hard, but now that I'm about to go for revision surgery, even if I spend more money, I want to use costal cartilage and make it a bit firmer so it doesn't droop Whether it's autologous costal cartilage or donated rib cartilage, is there a place that shapes the nasal bridge line well in a natural-glam style? Woori Plastic Surgery looks pretty good to me, so please let me know what this place is like too
