Among people with a bulbous nose, has anyone had nose surgery? Where is good? I’ll probably need alar base reduction and other things too, right? Since people say you have to be careful with the nose, I’m getting really cautious… Should I do my nose first or my eyes first? If you’ve had nose surgery, please give me some advice. Since I have a bulbous nose, it’s always been a complex, but I also wonder if I should just live like this.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
