I have a low nasal bridge and bulbous nose, but I felt uneasy about silicone for the bridge, so I decided not to do that and just do nasal tip bulbous nose correction and alar cartilage repositioning. For the columella, they'll use septal cartilage, but they said donated costal cartilage might be added during surgery because on CT my septum is deviated and a bit small They showed me the donated rib cartilage, and it seemed like whole donated costal cartilage. The clinic itself, including the surgery time and the consultant, gave me a really good impression, but when I looked at app reviews, it seemed like viral marketing was mixed in.
