For my first nose surgery, I had bulbous nose correction, and I don’t know how much nasal tip fat they removed, but they said they did ㅠ Anyway, since the nasal tip was raised too high, I really didn’t like it, so I had all the implant material removed, and now I’m only in a state where the cartilage has been tied weakly. This isn’t a pinched nose, right… ㅠㅠ I don’t know if it’s because during the first surgery they raised the nasal tip too high with bulbous nose correction, or because during total removal they tied the cartilage to lift the drooping nasal tip, but the nasal lobule somehow feels bigger… The boundary between the nasal lobule and the alar rim feels too pronounced… I’m so sad hong-heong-heong ㅠㅠㅠ The first one is mo…
