I want to get nose surgery, but I really hate the idea of side effects, so I don’t want silicone. In that case, is using ear cartilage or septal cartilage the answer? Then is the chance of side effects almost none? I want to be done with it in one go, but people usually get nose surgery 2 or 3 times, so I’m a bit worried ㅠㅠㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
