Something made me start wanting to end my life with a fake nose, so I’m looking into removal. But after looking into it, although people call it removal, in reality it’s close to revision surgery. I also wonder if I’d be unnecessarily messing with a nose that’s holding up well. Is there anyone who removed only the silicone, kept or repositioned the nasal tip, and was satisfied? I want to remove everything and live feeling relieved, but I’m not confident enough to do total removal while hearing things like it’ll collapse or become upturned. Would it be meaningful to remove just the silicone and lower the nasal tip? What do you think?
