The conclusion is that I’m currently quite happy now For those looking into removal, or those who have just had removal, please don’t get too depressed and make your decision carefully Or I hope you also know that even if you decide impulsively like I did, you can be satisfied without anything major happening, more than you might expect - First surgery: 4 mm silicone on the nasal bridge, ear cartilage for the nasal tip, alar reduction. Removal surgery 6 months later: silicone removal, left the columellar strut, mucosal graft. Reason for removal: discomfort in the nasal bridge, inflammation inside the nose. Current nose shape: nasal tip is similar to after the first surgery…
