Hi, I’m thinking about nose revision surgery. My current nose condition is that I had nose surgery with ear cartilage and silicone 10 to 12 years ago, then about 2 years ago I didn’t really know anything and just trusted a place where my friend had gone, so I had surgery with autologous costal cartilage and silicone... Two weeks later, after removing the splint, I immediately had an inflammatory reaction and had it removed. Then 3 months later, I had revision surgery with artificial dermis, while leaving the autologous costal cartilage as it was. Now, about a year and a half has passed, and I really don’t like the shape. Also, it turns out the director at that revision hospital and I were really not on the same page aesthetically. Right now, because of frequent revision surgeries, the tissue is also on the firmer side, and um...

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
