I like my bridge, you know? The overall line, side profile, and height are just right as they are now, but it seems like getting nose surgery doesn’t really reduce the round look of the nasal tip? from the front, or the nostril wings I think I had tip plasty to bring the tip together too, but there’s no effect... I’m going to get alar reduction soon, but if I redo the nasal tip to make it slimmer, do I absolutely have to remove all the silicone in the bridge and redo everything?? Should I also do only a little alar reduction, considering I might redo the nasal tip later...?
