Right now, I’ve had rhinoplasty using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. I have a questionㅜㅜ People say that when septal cartilage is used as a support, if everything is removed, the nose can collapse. Then do people who had septal extension surgery also collapse if they have everything removed from the nose?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
