I’ve had nose surgery twice in total, and in the last surgery they put ear cartilage at the nasal tip, slightly lowered the columella, and added a very small amount of AlloDerm. I just want to take all of it out, but my first surgery was a total disaster, so I had revision surgery. During the first surgery, they did some kind of cartilage repositioning?? something weird, so I’m a bit worried For the revision, they said there wasn’t anything like that, just a little ear cartilage + slight columella adjustment and some AlloDerm added, and that it was done simply?? If I remove it, I know it won’t go back 100% to my original nose, but will it return somewhat? My case is that my nose became more bulbous after adding ear cartilage. If I remove the ear cartilage, could it at least become somewhat slimmer like my original nose? I’m looking into hospitals for removal, but among the famous ones, where is ㅅㅇ??
