My silicone is placed too high, so this time I’m just planning to remove it. My natural nose was very low and bulbous, but I don’t want to have surgery again, so I’m just going to remove it and lower the nasal tip to match. The director says he’ll slightly insert soft tissue attached to ear cartilage near the glabella to supplement it. Has anyone had surgery like this at Kobijou for cosmetic purposes only? If so, please share a review
