Today is the day of my revision surgery for the nasal bridge, silicone deviation, and columella deviation I don't even have nasal packing and it's so comfortable But on the nostril wing area..;; what is this? Is there any reason to stitch here...? Since this is really my third surgery, every little thing worries me
