I raised my nasal tip using donated costal cartilage and septal cartilage. Does that mean I had a septal extension? Also, I used septal cartilage, and I heard that if I get the nose implant/materials removed, there’s a possibility my nose could collapse. Would it be better to leave the support strut in place? I want to leave nothing behind and have everything removed.
