It’s been about 1 year and 2 months since I had the silicone removed and got revision surgery using only ear cartilage for the nasal tip ㅠ At first it didn’t bother me, but at some point I noticed cartilage protruding inside my right nostril. Is it okay to leave this as it is? ㅠ I removed the silicone so I wouldn’t be stressed, but sigh, revision surgery is so scary.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
