I’ve had several revision surgeries due to rhinoplasty side effects, and since I have this many scars on my nose, is there any hospital that can handle the fine details of this kind of scar tissue caused by rhinoplasty side effects?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
