5 years ago, I had silicone placed in my nasal bridge and septal cartilage used for my nasal tip. The silicone was 45 mm, and the nasal tip was raised almost to the maximum with septal cartilage, so a little calcification formed at the tip.
Hospital B said that if I remove the silicone from the nasal bridge, the bridge may not be proportionate with the nasal tip and the bridge could become uneven, so they suggested using ear cartilage on the nasal bridge to raise it just a little.
Hospital P said ear cartilage for the nasal bridge is meaningless, and suggested removing the nasal bridge silicone while lowering the nasal tip to balance the proportions.
