It hasn’t even been a year since I had my nose surgery, and I’ve been fine without any side effects, but side effects could appear later, and the silicone feels uncomfortable, so I’m planning to have it removed. I’ve only had one nose surgery, and since my nose was low, they put in 45 mm of silicone, and the nasal tip was done with ear cartilage. They also shaved down my hump. If I remove the silicone, will my nasal bridge become lower than my original bridge? And what I’m debating is that I want to live without side effects, but I can’t decide whether to have everything removed, have surgery with autologous dermis, or leave only the ear cartilage in the nasal tip and remove just the silicone, so I’m posting this.
