I’m hoping for complete removal Septal extension too, or leaving the support strut and removing the nasal tip cartilage I’ve had septal extension surgery. The reason I want to remove it is because the nasal tip shows through and looks pointy Foreign-body sensation - Since my original nose was a bulbous, wide nose, if I choose the latter, would it still be sharper than my original nose? - Since I have a septal extension, if I only remove the nasal tip cartilage, would it look upturned? I’ve gone to consultations, but I’m torn. If everyone here were me, what do you think you’d do?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
