<This is what my nose looks like right now after my 4th surgery>I’ve had nose surgery 4 times so far It’s been a little over 3 weeks since my recent 4th surgery, but because I’m unhappy with the line I want to change it from a semi-upturned line to a straight-semi-upturned line If I have surgery, I’m thinking of doing it at the same place I’ve had a lot of nose surgeries so far, but thankfully I haven’t had inflammation or contracture I really thought the 4th surgery would be my absolute last one, but the line came out much more bow-like and artificial than I expected, so ha.. I seriously feel like I’m going to lose my mind. I blame myself for why I still wasn’t careful even though it was my 4th surgery.. After at least 6 months to 1 year, once my nose recovers a bit, I’m planning to have a 5th surgery, but I’m only 26 and have already had nose surgery 4 times and used autologous costal cartilage 3 times, so I honestly feel like crying Money is money and time is time, but what scares me most is contracture or inflammation But every day I just keep looking in the mirror, and on YouTube or communities I only search things like nose revision inflammation contracture I even had a dream the day before yesterday about getting revision rhinoplasty.. The stress is seriously extreme day by day There probably isn’t anyone else who has had nose surgery 4 times at a young age like me, right..? (planning a 5th surgery) Even when people around me say it might change once the swelling goes down a bit and that I should wait, it doesn’t comfort me Since I’ve already experienced a 4th surgery, now I feel like I can tell what shape my nose will come out as just from removing the splint.. I ended up rambling and the post got long Is there anyone here who has had a lot of revision surgeries like me? Someone who had several surgeries and lived fine, then later developed inflammation or contracture, for example I’ll attach a current photo of my nose at the end The line of my nose is too bow-like, and the nasal tip isn’t slightly rounded It extends out in a straight line, so the line looks strange.. It feels like only the lower part of my nose is poking out sharply. How does it look to everyone here?
익명 Why on earth did they make the shape like that.... I want to grab the doctor by the collar
LoVEiY Gir… Where did you get it done.. Why did they make the bridge so crooked..
요미님 [@] Does that shape look like a semi-upturned nose..? No matter how I look at it, it just feels like a beoseon-style nose
요미님 [@LoVEiY GirL] I did ask them to make it semi-upturned.. but doesn’t that nose just look like a beoseon-style nose?
메가쇼타임 Where did you get it done for it to turn out like that... The nasal bridge is quite crooked..
힐링심포니 True, it is pretty, but it’s a beoseon-style nose
간절하다1 I’m saying this because I’m worried you’ve had too many nose surgeries at a young age. At first I thought the nose looked too much, you know? But it seems like it hasn’t been 6 months yet, and looking closely, your forehead is very protruding. If you lower the forehead a bit, I think the nose might look okay. Is your forehead natural? Or surgery? If this is your 4th surgery, you really need to judge it coldly.. I think any more nose surgery would be too much
요미님 [@간절하다1] My forehead is filler. I’ll ask the clinic at the one-month mark, and if the clinic also says further revision surgery would be difficult, then I guess I’ll just have to live like this.. ha
유야유 Hmm… if you wanted a dramatic look, it looks okay If you’ve had four surgeries and harvested autologous costal cartilage three times, I think it would be better not to do any more… How about an after-service revision in the direction of lowering the nasal tip just a little?
요미님 [@유야유] I really don’t like the line, so I have to do it again, this I’m also going to lower the nasal tip a bit..
돌핀팬츠 It’s too much of a ski-slope nose I’m also planning a third surgery Before nose surgery, couldn’t you try dissolving the forehead filler first? Like dissolve it and redo just a little.. Then try doing it again at the same place. For autologous costal cartilage, do they take it from a different spot each time they remove it, so then you have 3 scars...??
키토리밍 It is quite a lot of a ski-slope nose...
요미님 [@DolphinPants] Yeah.. I have 3 scars haha..
요미님 [@Kitoriming] I can’t live like this. After 6 months pass, I’m going to do it again
허니클루 Because your forehead is convex, I think it makes the nasal bridge look more sunken and the line look curved all the way to the nasal tip. If you dissolve some forehead filler (when I look at side photos of female celebrities, hardly any of them have protruding foreheads, so I think forehead filler only needs to fill enough so there aren’t hollow areas), and since the nasal tip always, 100 out of 100 times, droops at least a little as time passes anyway, once the nasal tip droops, the curve will be less emphasized, so I think the ski-slope feeling will be reduced. Honestly, for your age, using autologous costal cartilage 3 times does seem like a lot, and it’s too much strain on the nose too.. First, wouldn’t it be good to wait slowly and watch it a bit..? Even a 1-year interval is a burdensome amount of time to open it again..
LoVEiY Gir… [@Yomi] Yeah.. It does look more like a full ski-slope nose than a semi-ski-slope nose..
뚠빵뚠빵말랑말랑 But aside from the shape, your nose is really pretty.. The columella is visible too I don’t have a columella, so I’m having surgery again...
요미님 [@TtunppangTtunppangSoftSoft] Ha, now it’s been about 2 months since surgery, and as the lifted nose has all come down, I’ve become a long-nosed monkey.. I have a short face, but only my nose is too big and long, so it’s even more stressful..
요미님 [@HoneyClue] I really can’t wait 1 year. My mental state is at max I’ve become a long-nosed monkey
소세지몽 If you use autologous costal cartilage three times, does that mean you get three scars? Can autologous costal cartilage not be reused???
요미님 [@SausageMong] It can be reused.. But I kept wanting a more dramatic look, so I harvested it again
