I had my silicone removed this morning, and I seemed fine in the afternoon, so I walked around a bit at home, ate, took my medicine, and slept. But after waking up, it feels like my nose keeps bleedingㅠㅠ When I get up, it feels like it’s flowing. Has anyone had this happen, and what did you do?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
