I’m thinking of removing the silicone, but I can’t predict what the nasal bridge will look like, ha... I’m going to keep the nasal tip, but would my face still look wider than my original face?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
