I’m a man, and I originally had a drooping nose, but I just wanted to lift the nasal tip a little. At the first clinic, I had surgery to treat a deviated septum, using donated costal cartilage. But that awful clinic used donated dermis here and there without telling me, and instead of the slight improvement I wanted, they completely ruined the shape of my nose.
