I’m a man, and I originally had a drooping nose, but I just wanted to lift the nasal tip a little. At the first clinic, I had surgery to treat a deviated septum, using donated costal cartilage. But that awful clinic used donated dermis here and there without telling me, and instead of the slight improvement I wanted, they completely ruined the shape of my nose. So I’m a case who had early removal exactly on day 13. I originally had a drooping nose and just wanted to lift the nasal tip a little. Although it’s called early removal, I really did want at least a slight improvement from my natural nose, so along with the early removal, I proceeded with cartilage repositioning of the nasal tip…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
