They didn’t originally look like that from the front, but after closed rhinoplasty, my nostril shape became angular. Not pointy like the number 11, but I had a partial removal, and this part is still the same. I talked about it before surgery too ㅠㅠㅠ If I get everything removed, will it be okay?
