It’s a revision surgery, and during my first surgery they harvested my septal cartilage so badly that the shape isn’t pretty and it’s too small, so they said it can’t be used at all. Every place I went recommended costal cartilage, but I’m more drawn to autologous costal cartilage than donated costal cartilage... Also, ㅇㅍㅅㅌ does autologous costal cartilage under general anesthesia, and ㄹㅂㄹ does it under sedation, but a lot of people say general anesthesia is safer for autologous costal cartilage. I keep debating ㄹㅂㄹ because the reviews are my style, but they don’t seem to pay much attention to the columellar nerve... For ㅇㅍㅅㅌ, I went for a consultation after seeing a review on a plastic surgery community from someone who had facial contouring, eyes, and nose done together, and the nose looked pretty. The consultant emphasized that the nose director has his own method for autologous costal cartilage, so the surgery finishes quickly and the scar tends to be small, but I don’t know what that method is. Does anyone here happen to know well?
내가했댱 I haven’t been to either, but places that do a lot of autologous costal cartilage and are good at it usually do it under sedation. Sedation is safe, so avoid general anesthesia if you can!
cloe1002 Huh? I didn’t have surgery at ㄹㅂㄹ, but I did go for a consultation, and during the consultation they designed the columella with a lot of care... I went for the consultation because I liked the columella in the reviews too.
윤아랑항 When I did it at ㅇㅍㅅㅌ, they said that too. I’m not exactly sure, but the incision scar really is small. I like my nasal tip the most. And anesthesia does have pros and cons. People often wake up early after sedation, and they say they use general anesthesia because of movement during surgery? But I don’t think either one is simply good or bad.
안녕안냥 Wouldn’t it be better to do it somewhere specializing in noses.,,,,,? As far as I know, ㄹㅂㄹ specializes in noses.

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoSep 18 Has anyone had removal after hump nose surgery (the method where they shave the bone and insert silicone)?
I used to be really stressed because of my hump nose, so I had nose surgery about 3 years ago. I think at the time they shaved the bone and used silicone, ear cartilage, and even septal cartilage, but I don’t remember the details very well
