Is there anyone here who knows actual reviews or reviews they’ve heard? First, my nose had silicone in the bridge and ear cartilage in the nasal tip 12 years ago, and I haven’t had any side effects so far. I’m deciding between two places. ㅍㄹㅁ - closed complete removal, nasal tip repositioning; during consultation in surgery, Megaderm can be inserted as an optional choice. ㄱㅇㅅ - open complete removal, nasal tip repositioning; they didn’t mention any other implants. I said I wanted a closed approach, but they recommended an open approach for clean removal. The columellar scar from my first surgery bothers me, so I want closed surgery, but for everyone who had complete removal with an open approach, does the scar show a lot…
