I had my first nose surgery scheduled for today, but for the past 2 weeks I was so scared that I kept reading all kinds of posts about side effects, watching rhinoplasty reviews, vlogs, and YouTube videos. Just now I canceled my train ticket and accommodation, drank 1 liter of water, and messaged the consultant saying I can't go through with the surgery. I've always had really severe appearance-related anxiety, and I felt like if I got my nose done it would get even worse. I don't have the confidence to live my whole life carrying that anxiety, so I decided to just love my face as it is now. Even though I lost the 600,000 won deposit, I did the right thing, right? Please tell me I did well. Please encourage me so I don't start hovering around saying I'll get my nose done again, everyone.
