MegaDerm on the nasal bridge

I got MegaDerm, but if it’s silicone side effects anyway, don’t you not really have many options..?? MegaDerm does get bumpy as it gets absorbed, but I’m just living with it, thinking it’s better than side effects!

[@] I’m 6 months out, and it’s not severe, but the absorption is uneven: some areas are the same as before and some areas have absorbed a bit, like that. They said after 6 months it might become somewhat similar, so I’m just watching it for now It’s subtle enough that other people wouldn’t notice.

For me, after about a year, the MegaDerm was completely absorbed, so I even got additional dermal filler injections, but those spread sideways as they absorbed, so it feels like my nasal bridge got even lower. I don’t recommend it.

[@If you get greedy, you fail] Is your nose length the same by any chance? As my MegaDerm was absorbed, my nose length also got a bit shorter

[@] Wow, same for me! I thought it just felt that way, but when I took photos, it really was more upturned than at the beginning. I think it’s because the MegaDerm got absorbed. I’m looking into revision surgery this time to bring the nose down

[@] Yes I’m so worn out because of my nose that I’m thinking this is really the last time, and I’m going to try autologous costal cartilage. I’m so sick and tired of dealing with my nose
