Lately it feels like the costal cartilage at my nasal tip is showing through more and more. Does the skin get thinner over time? Would it be better to remove it quickly?ㅠㅠ I’m thinking about removing my nose implant/materials, but then when I do the removal, do I need to graft something separately into the thinned nasal tip? If it’s removed, is there a possibility of depression in this area? Does anyone know? If anyone knows, please share informationㅠㅠ
