It’s not that there’s any particular problem; I just don’t like it looking obvious and prefer a natural look, so I’m thinking about removing it. But if I remove it, I’m wondering whether the nasal tip might look upturned. I’m also curious how the nasal tip is adjusted while removing the silicone so it doesn’t look lifted. If it’s removed, does the nose return to its previous state, and does the nasal tip not look upturned?
