Nose surgery~~

I did it~★ I got so much help from this community... so I wanted to write a post too~ Things I prepared before nose surgery... pumpkin juice, sweet pumpkin, corn silk water, jelly pops (for freezing), Chuchu bars. a 500 ml water bottle Right after the surgery.. I took a taxi and drank pumpkin juice in one shot.. As soon as I got home... I did the cold compresses with the frozen jelly pops and frozen Chuchu bars right away~ A caution for cold compresses... if you put them directly on your face, they freeze and cause frostbite on your face~~ Like me... I had a jelly pop stuck to my face and freaked out, poured water on it and melted it off... if I had just peeled it off, my facial skin might have come off too. ㅡㅡ gross~★ Anyway, the first day was so painful that I regretted it over and over.. But from the next day on, it didn’t hurt anymore~ Maybe because I took the medicine properly?? Be sure to take your medicine properly~ Cold compresses like crazy.. pumpkin juice instead of water like crazy.. absolutely... keep the cushion high and sleep sitting up like you’re dozing off, eat steamed pumpkin, boil seaweed soup with green tea and eat it, work hard work hard~ For the frozen water bottle, I walked around while using it as a compress.. I always did compresses even when going to the hospital... Even when meeting friends, I did compresses.. When the ice melted, I got cold water from a restaurant or water dispenser and used that for compresses.. Compresses are what kill swelling!! The day after surgery... I went for disinfection, and my older sister said I was less swollen than an average person, and I did everything I was told here in this community~ On the 4th day, I did warm compresses with boiled pumpkin juice, walked around, and took a half-body bath.. (as exercise, I walked around the neighborhood for 2 hours while talking with a friend on the phone, and when I got home the swelling had gone down completely.. amazing~) Anyway, I think I look prettier~~ Actually, today is the 5th day, and I’m being lazy and not even doing compresses, but because I took care of it well at first, the swelling went down a lot, so it feels fine and looks pretty.. pretty~~ It’s worth summoning up the courage to try once~ Since my eyebrows are a little closer together now... it looks even prettier~~ more stylish than my old face.. Hmm.. and I used to have a cute face, but now.. a friend says I look a bit like a fox, and says I’ve lost a lot of that cute look.. but still, it didn’t throw away too much of my old face and it looks pretty~~ It’s a total mess and all over the place... but anyway, I wanted to post this~ As for photos, the uncle wiped out the digital camera program I had installed while upgrading my computer.. I need to install it again, but I’m too lazy, so if I can upload them later, I will~~ sorry sorry... Everyone, become beautiful~~
