Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

What do you think about using ear cartilage to lower an upturned nose during removal?

First of all, my nose had silicone 4-5 mm a long time ago, dermis at the nasal tip. At ㅅㅅㅇ, they said my nose is slightly upturned, but it is not contracture; it looks lifted because the nasal bridge was made too high. My nose is soft. If the capsule is partially removed and the silicone is taken out, it will definitely lift more, so it needs to be lowered with ear cartilage. I really liked the doctor, but I passed because they would have to use ear cartilage that was not used in my first surgery. It is removal surgery, but the idea of putting something in itself is... I am also scared I might have to remove it again later because it shows through. Cost: 4.5 million won. At ㅅㅇ, they said that looking at how upturned my nose is, there seems to be a mild sign of contracture. Remove as much of the capsule as possible. If the upturned nose undergoes complete removal, it will come down...
