First of all, 2 and a half years ago, I had my hump nose shaved down and raised my nose with autologous costal cartilage and 45m silicone. But the silicone bent right away, so 6 months later I got an after-service correction at the hospital where I had it done. It did improve compared to before, but it still looked a little crooked. I thought maybe this was just my fate and was going to live with it like this, but my nasal tip kept gradually dropping tooㅠㅠ like a witch nose. Still, I mostly felt like I should just live with it as it was. Revision surgery has big risksㅠㅠ Anyway, I had been living fine without any major problems, but recently my nose has started feeling extremely tight …
