No, seriously, how do you have to do the removal for the nose shape to change this much? Even if they said they wouldn’t be responsible for the shape, they should still do at least some cartilage repositioning. They said they didn’t reposition the cartilage, so did they just tie it as it was? How on earth does that nose become like this? lol Ha, seriously, my life has hit rock bottom, straight to hell.
