As the title says, I want to remove the donated rib cartilage. But I’m scared. I’m scared that contracture might happen too, and I feel like I was born with bad luck, so even though people say contracture doesn’t happen that easily, I feel like there’s a 70% chance it would happen to me. These days medical techniques have advanced, so I think, “No way…” but then again, the nose is still a relatively riskier area than the eyes and has to be handled carefully, so I keep thinking, why on earth did I get surgery? I feel like I’m going to cry. If there are people who have had donated rib cartilage removed, could you give me honest reviews or advice? I’d be so, so grateful.
