Second revision surgery

I had functional nose surgery last year, and a perforation formed in the front part of my nose, so I had perforation surgery this year. At the regular ENT clinic where I used to be treated for rhinitis, they said the perforation size wasn’t small, so it couldn’t be fixed with a suturing surgery and that a structure like cartilage needed to be placed inside. But at the hospital where I had the surgery, they said it was a simple surgery and that they only needed to stitch it up. I trusted them and had revision surgery, but the perforation came back in the exact same size, so I need to have a second revision surgery. This time, I’m planning to go to another hospital. Every ENT specialist who has looked at the perforation tells me to have perforation surgery…
