Rather than cosmetic nose surgery being the goal, finding functional improvement is the priority. In this kind of case, it’s right to get surgery first at a hospital that is good functionally, rather than one that is good at cosmetic surgery, right? As for my nose, my only small wish is that it would be nice if they could raise it just a little more, so I don’t really have much greed.
