They recommended a 3-stage tip reduction, saying it's this director's own technique. They said autologous costal cartilage would be fine, or septal cartilage and ear cartilage would also be fine. They say it won't sag, but I'm not sure. If I did it, I think I'd go with autologous costal cartilage.
