I want to increase the horizontal length of my eyes, but the only thing I can do is lateral canthoplasty, so I wonder how effective it is in practical terms. When I looked it up, they said rather than widening to the side, it literally opens toward the back. Is there not a big difference when viewed from the front? It’s not a surgery with no risks at all, so I’m debating it
