I’m in my 30s and have been thinking a lot about rhinoplasty lately. I was going to do it early this year, and I had even scheduled a surgery date, but after reading posts about complications, I got scared and canceled it. But lately, my nose has been on my mind again. I think my nasal bridge is okay, but I’m really concerned about my bulbous nose. From the front, my nose looks too blunt and rounded, so if I were to get rhinoplasty, could you take a look and tell me what kind of approach might be good?
