For a plastic surgery clinic, the building looked just like a cafe, so I was a little surprised. It was a reasonable distance from the station, about 5-10 minutes. I had consultations in the order of the director -> consultant, and the director answered my questions well and seemed to pinpoint the parts I felt insecure about. The staff, including the consultant, were generally kind, and the photos they showed were the kind of natural look I was aiming for, so I thought it would be a good fit. I found it reassuring that they let a guardian watch the CCTV during the consultation. However, I hadn’t had a CT scan, and they recommended a surgical method different from other clinics, so I was unsure. The reviews in the community were extremely polarized, so I’m a little worried.
