It is my first cosmetic surgery, and I’m planning to try rhinoplasty first and then choose facial contouring. But if I get rhinoplasty and then do facial contouring, I’m not sure exactly, but I feel like my nose might spread. Does anyone know precisely? I’m curious whether the nose spreads if you do three types of facial contouring after rhinoplasty.
